Take Care Health Systems, the platform for Walgreens health and wellness division, is seeking full-time primary care physicians to work in our client’s worksite Health and Wellness Centers in Merrillville and Chesterton, IN! In this role, you will provide occupational health services and episodic, preventive, and acute health care to patients. A graduate of an accredited medical school, at least three years of post-residency clinical experience, and prior experience in an occupational healthcare, primary care, urgent care or emergency room setting is required.
